Welcome to a New Year and we wish to say a huge THANK YOU to every who supported and travelled with us in 2018.
Pink Lotus Egypt Tours is growing bigger and better in 2019
We have recently expanded our business and updated our website to include many more exciting tours to Egypt. From Short Holidays to 20 Day Luxury Experiences, these itineraries start from as little as USD449 for a 4 Day Stopover in Cairo or USD749 for  6 Days in Cairo and Luxor.

SPIRITUAL JOURNEYS still remain our most popular way to experience Egypt.
A spiritual journey through Egypt has profound effects and touches your heart and soul. We allow this personal process to take place in a small group environment of like-minded guests
We take you to the most sacred area within each temple, some that are very rarely visited and away from the main tourist areas.
Some people visit Egypt simply to tick the Pyramids of their bucket list but we believe there is much more to see, feel and experience while you are here.
Immersion in such sacred locations takes time and sometimes many return visits, let us show you the Sacred Sites our way, through our hearts.
Allow yourself time to connect and experience the Ancient memories that we will be part of this journey.

2018 was a year of many new discoveries in Egypt including the untouched 4,400-yr-old
Tomb of an Egyptian High Priest

Archaeologists in Egypt have made a new tomb discovery — the final resting place of a high priest, untouched for 4,400 years, decorated with hieroglyphics. The discovery of the tomb has been described a one of a kind in the last decades.
The tomb was found buried in a ridge at the ancient necropolis of Saqqara.
Officials say they expect more discoveries when archaeologists further excavate the site in the months to come.
We have been lucky enough to visit this tomb on our last few tours and will do again on future tours

Grand Egyptian Museum

Build it and they will come!

As part of its plan to revive tourism, the Egyptian government has adopted the Field of Dreams strategy….. “Build it and they will come” with the construction of the brand new Grand Egyptian Museum, said to be the biggest museum in the world on completion.
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), is located just a few kilometres from The Pyramids of Giza and is due to be opened in 2020.
To date, some 43,000 artefacts have been transferred to the new museum, the bulk of which have undergone restoration by a large team of Egyptian conservators.
The $1 billion project has been mostly financed by Japan International Cooperation Agency.
A 7,000-square-metre space has been allocated to King Tutankhamen belongings, which include six of his gold-gilded chariots. Once fully opened this will be the first time since the discovery that all pieces have been displayed.
The collection of Pharaoh King Tutankhamen — whose reign lasted from around 1332 to 1323 B.C. — is certain to be the star attraction when GEM opens next year.  Some 5,400 objects from the nearly intact tomb of the 18th-dynasty boy king, discovered by British archaeologist Howard Carter nearly a century ago, will be showcased at the museum, many of them to be seen by visitors for the first time. Only a third of these artefacts had ever been on display previously.
