A little about Andrea Francolini:
Having travelled to Egypt several years ago, Andrea is keen to return and photograph this Ancient Land and it’s Temples, landscapes and daily life.
Sydney based photographer, Andrea Francolini, was born in Milan Italy and was educated in the USA and Switzerland. His freelance career has seen him working on every continent around the world, aided by his fluent English, French and Italian.
Starting his career in the graphic design industry in Europe, in past 20 years Andrea has specialized in yachting photography. His images are regularly published across Europe and in North America and in recent times heavily in the South Pacific with over 200 cover shots to his name.
Australian Capture Magazine included Andrea in their list of finalist of Top Australian Photographers in the years 2010 and 2009 which is voted by fellow photographers and people in the photographic industry.
Andrea also loves to share his extensive knowledge and experience through photographic tours, Pakistan currently being the main destination due to his extensive travels in the country on a yearly basis since 2008. He is also the founder of My First School, an Australian registered charity which has the aim to facilitate education in northern Pakistan. His photographic work done over the years in Pakistan has earned him many awards world-wide. Other destinations are also being planned.
